Responsibilities

Provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating.

Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.

Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers, and associated equipment throughout the entire building.

Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public areas in a timely manner.

Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.

Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages, and maintain an organized department and hotel.

Required

Experience in servicing and repairing hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint, and decorating

Ability to respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner

Capability to handle preventative maintenance of equipment and update appropriate logs

Skills in repairing equipment such as motors, starters, breakers, chillers, and associated equipment

Availability to respond to guest calls regarding maintenance in a timely manner

Capability to respond to emergency conditions like fires, power failures, etc.

Ability to clean stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages, and maintain an organized department and hotel

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Work authorization in the United States

Previous experience in a similar role

Certification or training in relevant areas
