Responsibilities

Processing and maintaining RFQs, purchase orders and portal activities for key critical suppliers.
Meeting and reporting on key supply chain KPI's and initiatives
Expediting with suppliers on critical production and non-production orders to enable continuous production.
Attending daily Gemba meetings and providing current communications on shortages
Assisting with data analytics of weekly metrics, LTA/PA loads and reports as needed
Determining root cause of material availability hits
Assisting with current work transfer projects and assist with strategic future work transfer projects as needed
Any additional reports and meetings as needed for urgent business recovery

Required

U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required
University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred

3+ years experience in Supply Chain with increasing levels of responsibility, including administrative support. Experience in related activities in aerospace may be an acceptable substitute (e.g Operations Management, Program Management, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
Experience with reporting tools as well, such as Tableau and Business Warehouse
Experience managing or leading projects and/or programs
Experience in handling and safeguarding sensitive and confidential information
Experience in SAP
