Responsibilities

Conduct advanced analytics activities including analyzing data, building machine learning models, and performing exploratory analysis.

Collaborate with stakeholders, apply artificial intelligence technologies, and help explore new opportunities.

Work on various projects independently and in teams, solving problems from traditional manufacturing datasets to non-traditional datasets.

Collaborate with Advanced Analytics Manager and subject matter experts to collect process flows, requirements, and define problems.

Cleanse, structure, and conduct exploratory analysis on datasets to support project solutions.

Develop machine learning models, create model pipelines, and participate in code reviews and debugging solutions.

Validate model performance, create documentation for solution code, and contribute to long-term projects and ad-hoc requests.

Required

Must be pursuing a bachelors of master degree in business, computer science, data science, etc.

Good knowledge of R, Python, or other statistical languages.

Experience with foundational models including tree models, regression models, and other ML algorithms is essential. Experience with tools like Jupyter notebooks, Anaconda, or similar tools is desired.

Good working knowledge of SQL, excel, and Microsoft azure or other cloud environments is a plus.

Strong analytical and communication skills are a major factor in success for this role.

Excellent time management skills are necessary as work will consist of a mixture of long-term projects and ad-hoc/fast-protype requests.
