Responsibilities
Capable of managing large construction projects and multiple construction trades simultaneously
Experienced in general construction (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) and familiar with local and state construction laws and regulations.
Experienced with installation of automated conveyor systems, all types of racking systems and mezzanines and platforms.
Responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed successfully, safely, within defined timeframes, and budgets.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, requirements, and priorities.
Develop project execution strategies with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain detailed project execution plans, including schedules, budgets, scope of work, deliverables, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers regarding project scope.
Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition and delivery of materials.
Monitor activities against schedules, tracking costs, and addressing potential risks.
Develop and implement recovery plans for schedule deviations and unforeseen events.
Lead project team meetings to facilitate effective communication and coordination
