Responsibilities
Gain a solid understanding of field marketing programs and tactics, strategic planning, and integrated execution
Collaborate with regional field marketing managers to assist with the execution of regional plans
Become familiar with processes and policies regarding go-to-market activities in the US
Establish relationships with the immediate Channel and Field Marketing team, as well as other teams that interact with Field Marketing on a regular basis
Brainstorm ways to increase productivity and streamline reporting across the Field Marketing organization
Gain an understanding of the corporate demand generation plans and evangelize
Access to leaders in other marketing departments to gain knowledge of the entire organization

Required
Pursuing a degree in marketing / business, event planning, program management, or relevant work experience
Zero to six (0-6) months of event planning and marketing experience
Be able to self-direct, multi-task, and prioritize assignments
Be highly organized with acute attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
Be able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Possess a desire to learn new technologies
Familiar with a variety of Marketing concepts, practices, and procedures
Experience with planning and implementation of marketing programs
Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability
Proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work and manage multiple priorities, while communicating regularly to stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Creative mind and track record of developing successful marketing programs
Excellent program management skills and able to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced team
Preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Asana
Strong understanding of networking and selling in a B2B environment
