Responsibilities

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

Oversee analyzation of large, complex data to determine actionable business insights using self-service analytics and reporting tools.

Lead discussions with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data and analysis needs, and develop technical requirements.

Stay current with emerging trends in analytics, statistics, and machine learning and apply them to business challenges.

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Required

7-10 years of experience in BI, data analytics or related field

5+ years of experience in a leadership role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration or related field highly preferred

Preferred

Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, and familiarity with data governance and compliance standards

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience
