Responsibilities
Support, monitor, and supervise the Program Associates within the program.
Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate community support services.
Possess the physical, mental, and emotional capabilities to successfully supervise a diverse team.

Required
Graduated from an accredited college with a BA in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Social Work, Recreation, Art, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Nutrition, Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Psychology AND possesses at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
High School diploma or equivalent required with two-three years in the Human Services or related field.
Prior management experience and a strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals.
Current, Non-Provisional, Non-Probational Driver’s License in good standing.
Program Manager will support, monitor and supervise the Program Associates within their program.
The Manager must possess the physical, mental, and emotional capabilities to successfully supervise a diverse team.
This position requires a high degree of problem-solving, flexibility, independent thinking, organization, prioritization of duties, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
