Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, and manage the marketing budget.
Oversee content creation for various platforms and manage the company’s website.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and provide insights.
Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels.
Develop marketing materials to support the sales team and coordinate promotional events.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or home improvement industry.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Experience in the fencing or construction industry.
Graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of web development and content management systems (CMS).
