Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.

Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.

Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.

Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.

Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills and project management methodologies in area of specialization.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

Required

Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure

Experience driving large-scale projects in other Public Cloud providers or Telcos

Heavy expertise in managing complex programs spanning across multiple functions/teams

Experience with continuous improvement or Kaizen processes

Strong in verbal, written communication and detailed oriented

Must be willing to work in a fast pace environment and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a can-do attitude

Self-starter and can work independently while applying sound business judgment to solve complex issues

Project Management Methodologies

Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of work experience in related industry or 8 years of work experience in a related industry

Preferred

Experience with Security Products

Experience in Security Engineering, Management, and Software teams

Experience in Infrastructure-as-a-Service

Experience with process documentation, upward and downward reporting, and managing issues/risk mitigation
