Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, including backend, frontend, UX, QA, devops, cybersecurity, and ML/AI engineers.
Technical Guidance: Provide strong technical leadership and ensure the team follows best practices in software development. Your coding skills will be crucial in guiding and supporting the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including customer support/success and sales, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our platform.
Project Management: Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and improvements.
Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team, leveraging your experience in successful startups to implement effective strategies and solutions.

Required
Proven experience as a technical leader in a successful startup environment.
Strong coding skills and technical background; familiarity with Google Cloud, Javascript, Python, and PHP (Laravel) is a huge plus.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
Excellent project management, budgeting and organizational skills to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
