Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the product managers and engineers.
Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and site maps.
Design graphic user interface elements utilizing industry leading component libraries and themes (Material UI, Prime, Tailwind etc.)
Understand product specifications and user psychology.
Works with API inputs and outputs for better clarity of purpose
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
Create personas through user research and data.
Define the interaction model and evaluate its success.
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability)
Work with product team to implement attractive designs.
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
Conduct application reviews with QA and Engineering before production releases.

Required
1-2 years of experience as a UX Designer, or similar role
Portfolio of design projects
Prior experience with Figma, prototyping, and wireframing
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript a big plus!
Problem-solving aptitude and excellent communication skills
Promote, maintain, and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership
Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training
Experience in high growth/pre-IPO Technology companies
BS in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
Preferred
Experience in B2B SaaS API based environments a plus!
Building from the ground up in a start-up environment a plus!
