Responsibilities
Leverage data and insights to understand the needs and behaviors of each customer segment to optimize the digital shopping experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer challenges and design solutions
Develop user flows and wireframes for website enhancements
Work with the Creative Services team to translate wireframes into designs
Collaborate with Web Developers to implement designs
Maintain the digital design system
Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices for e-commerce
Uphold company Core Values and contribute as a valuable team member
Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Required
5-8 years designing and delivering best-in-class digital user experiences as a UX Designer
Excited by the potential of helping further define a role that has never been filled at Four Hands
Motivated self-starter who can thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities
Understands the importance of partnering with Developers to bring experiences to life
Proficient in Figma; JIRA experience a plus
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to influence
Proven track record of prioritizing and managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and producing high quality work
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with ability to focus on details while maintaining the 'big picture' view
