Responsibilities

Support the work of data analytics efforts, particularly customer service-related operations
Utilize various modeling strategies and software programs for data analysis and statistical modeling
Research and resolve problems, focusing on predicting outcomes of potential solutions
Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations outlining recommended solutions
Assist in managing technical projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and collaborating with various teams
Provision new user accounts and troubleshoot existing accounts across various applications
Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Tableau, AWS Quicksight, and Salesforce
Manage employee schedules as part of workforce management functions and organize presentations for the management team
Present regularly to management and executive teams
Collaborate with other analysts, researchers, and managers to implement solutions effectively

Required

A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Prior experience in an operations or analytics role
Experience supporting process/workflow building, operational improvement, or project management
Proficient in most common computer packages, such as MS Word, Excel, and G-Suite
Quick learner and adaptable to change and dependable and self-managed.
Time management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good influencing skills together with a high degree of self-confidence and self-motivation
Flexible and responsive to rapid change when needed
A strong aptitude for learning and being a self-starter
Experience in Tableau, AWS, Google, and Microsoft SQL.

Preferred

Experience in Amazon Connect, Amazon Workforce Management, and Python coding language a plus
