Responsibilities
Prepares templates and data exports for state reporting deadlines
Monitors and audits student enrollment and attendance data for accuracy and compliance
Assists schools with food service administrative reviews
Assists with Title I, Food Service, DPI compliance and record keeping, as needed
Audits school records for compliance with immunization and food service regulations at the state and local level
Supports Choice program compliance and choice enrollment activities
Maintains the setup of the Student Information System (Infinite Campus - IC) and performs regular tasks such as user creation, course structure, and rostering
Processes online registration submissions in Infinite Campus for all schools
Assists in attendance support including managing trackers and communication to schools
Assists and trains school admin and teachers on IC; troubleshoots issues for schools, when necessary
Assists with online testing and data management, such as student imports, data reports, teacher access to assessment systems
Performs operations data quality checks and supports team members to resolve errors
Provides onsite school support and coverage for the network’s school-based operations teams needs
Supports all network schools with family communications via phone and email
Supports network projects and initiatives such as parent-teacher conferences, data days, orientation, special events, or other projects as assigned
Supports working with third-party vendors such as First Student for transportation and MCFI for food service

Required
High School Diploma Required
Previous Experience Working In a School/non-profit/youth Focused Environment Preferred
Demonstrated experience in work that required a high level of attention to detail
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google products
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to commute to our 6 school locations required
