Responsibilities
Lead Design Process: Drive the design process from concept to launch for core product features, ensuring alignment with product goals
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to conduct research, understand user needs, and develop design strategies
Create High-Quality Designs: Deliver high-quality design solutions that are consistent with our design system and brand identity
Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to other designers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers
User Research: Conduct user research to gain insights and validate design decisions, ensuring our products meet user needs
Prototype and Iterate: Design, prototype, and iterate on new interfaces and interactions, focusing on creating intuitive and delightful user experiences. We use Figma
Design Systems: Contribute to and help maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints
Problem Solving: Tackle complex design challenges with a strong systems-thinking approach, balancing the big picture with attention to detail

Required
6+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex web and mobile applications
Deep expertise in UX/UI design, information architecture, and interaction design
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions effectively
High level of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with engineers and product managers to bring designs to life
A customer-centric approach to design, constantly empathizing with users to deliver intuitive and valuable solutions
Ability to break down complex problems and create simple, scalable design solutions
Preferred
Experience with AI and machine learning products, especially Generative AI or conversational assistants
Background in designing for financial services or highly technical products
Front-end development skills and experience working with engineers to implement designs
Experience with motion design, animation, or illustration
