Responsibilities

Own aspects of product management within the domain including the roadmap, prototypes, user testing, development, optimization, and business outcomes.

Lead the product development lifecycle and delivery working with designers, engineers, and architects to produce a groomed, prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives.

Leverage critical metrics to provide actionable business recommendations.

Make informed trade-offs to deliver solutions to market rapidly.

Identify critical risks and dependencies, anticipating and resolving critical team issues bringing in leadership as needed.

Connect with customers and customer-facing teams to understand user needs, develop insights, inform and drive the roadmap.

Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to make data-driven decisions.

Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on tuning strategies.

Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process.

Work with cross-functional teams to identify new end-user/business problems that need to be solved by the product team.

Maintain a deep understanding of the market and technology landscape, shaping the future based on user needs and market trends.

Lead the Product Management department culture, fostering teamwork, collaboration, communication, and accountability.

Support the Product Management department and team with other duties as needed.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Communications, Business, or other related discipline.

5+ years’ experience within a Product Manager position crafting product roadmaps, coordinating product strategies across a group of products, and managing a small team of Product Managers.

Track record of effectively sorting data to execute on data driven decisions.

Experience with agile software development methodologies required.
