Responsibilities
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to plan, design, and implement new telehealth products and services
Lead all phases of the product development cycle from idea through launch and post-launch evaluation
Engage all organizational functions involved in product development for success
Gather necessary data and input to articulate ROI and value of new telehealth services
Use effective product development and change management methodologies
Coach and mentor less experienced team members

Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Coursework/Training in product development, change management and operational improvement methodologies.
8 years Product management, project management, program management, product marketing or product development experience.
3 years Healthcare industry experience.
1 year Telehealth experience.
Presentation and facilitation experience.
Preferred
Master's Degree
Experience as a supervisor or manager of people.
