Responsibilities
Manage multiple SCRUM teams and SCRUM ceremonies.
Help team focus on creating high-value increments meeting the Definition of Done.
Remove impediments to team progress.
Influence decision-making and support organizational project teams.
Maintain project timeframe, estimates, and status reports.
Develop, maintain, and manage project plans and timelines.
Conduct risk assessments for projects.
Collaborate in preparing for PI Planning.
Assist Product Owner and team in backlog refinement.
Facilitate Scrum of Scrum meetings.
Coordinate project releases and deployments.
Monitor project deliverables.
Prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Required
Minimum of at least 2-4 years of experience in a project management capacity in Project Manager & Scrum Master roles in software development projects
Experience managing system implementation and integration projects
Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Strong project and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders alike
Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations
Preferred
Previous experience in the fintech or payment industry
Scrum Master certification and/or PMP certification is preferred
