Responsibilities
Responsible for tasks leading to high customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner.
Provide systems and data analysis support for Revenue Reporting and systems Department.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve net revenue realization and cash flow.
Serve as a resource for internal departments, develop reports, and provide training/education to staff.
Work with CDM analyst and department managers to control late charges and improve charge capture.

Required
Minimum 5 years hospital experience
High School Diploma/GED required
Bachelors in Business or related field preferred
Business office, admitting, knowledge of hospital computer systems and processes
Basic computer skills required
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
Previous training in laboratory animal medicine
