Responsibilities
Based on analysis of data, develop, document, and implement sequence of operations, work instructions, and workflow to increase productivity, reduce lead-time, improve quality, and generate cost savings. Set metrics to monitor progress.
Create production facility and equipment layouts using Lean Manufacturing principles.
Assist in: Establishing accident prevention measures | Analysis of production-related cost variance.

Required
BS in Industrial or other Engineering/Technical field of study.
Over 2 years of related experience.
Working knowledge in cycle time reduction, cost analysis, cost modeling, manufacturing/business processes, Value Stream Mapping, line balance/staffing.
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in product & process transfer from Development into Manufacturing.
Knowledge of basic inventory management techniques, planning systems/scheduling systems, supply chain management.
