Coordinate with production and engineering teams to meet quality standards.

Train and supervise quality personnel.

Required

Bachelors degree in Quality Engineering or a related field.

2+ years of experience in quality engineering (developing inspection procedures, identifying key process control points, technical writing, auditing, statistical reporting, and defining inspection criteria)

Experience with inspecting weld quality

Experience with SAP

ASQ and CQE certification OR must be obtained within 1 year of hire

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
