Required

5+ years of experience leading Professional Services teams of 5-10 people or more

Demonstrated success in project oversight for multiple concurrent projects, including resource allocation, status tracking, escalations, crisis management, and delivered outcomes

Proven ability to make enterprise customers happy and successful

Knowledge of application security testing domain and workflows

Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills

Successful history of effectively recruiting and developing talent

Can travel 33% to customer sites

Bachelor’s degree or higher: preference for computer science and mathematics degrees

Preferred

Experience building managed services offering is plus

Any security certification CSSLP, CISSP, and similar are plus
