Responsibilities

Lead an operational team in managing the Document Custody business
Receive, label, sort, and register inbound files
Scan files to shelf locations
Pick, pack, and ship orders
Manage inventory control, audits, and transfers
Release and ship orders
Train team members on processes

Required

Relevant experience in a lead role in a distribution environment
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge. Advanced excel skills a plus
ERP or WMS system experience. Embtrust experience a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience training team members on processes

Detail oriented, Positive, dedicated, motivated, customer focused attitude
Creative, open minded and innovative thinker who is always willing to participate in operational improvement and change
Ability to manage and prioritize numerous tasks concurrently
Able to operate calmly and efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced atmosphere that maintains a very low margin of error
