Responsibilities

Conduct compliance assessments, evaluate and analyze current business processes, systems, and workflows for compliance, identify risks and areas for improvement.
Develop and oversee strategic metrics, create, monitor, and manage key performance indicators to support management decision-making and long-term business planning.
Analyze complex data using advanced data analysis tools to interpret large datasets, provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure department compliance by tracking and maintaining the status of compliance activities.
Manage assurance deliverables, oversee completion of deliverables, conduct audits and reviews for ongoing compliance and quality assurance.
Prepare reports and documentation, develop and present comprehensive reports, maintain detailed documentation for strategic projects and compliance activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. DOE L-level security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Extensive knowledge and experience developing support service area processes, metrics, and improvements.
Experience interpreting regulations, policies, and procedures to perform audits or assessments.
Experience coordinating multiple work activities for a service operation or customer service area using effective decision and judgment skills.
Experience acting as a change agent within an organization by successfully demonstrating new concepts and implementing new business models.
Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and/or Visio.
Ability to independently and collaboratively work in a productive manner.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills including ability to facilitate multi-disciplinary teams and effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers.

Preferred

Experience leading complex process improvement projects and developing strategic metrics.
Extensive experience with process improvement methodologies.
Significant experience analyzing current business processes and systems for efficiency and streamlining of operations.
Experience in establishing and optimizing change management processes.
Lean/Six Sigma Certification.
Project Management Professional Certification.
