Responsibilities
Responsible for preparation of the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and financial reporting to management
Leads Monthly forecasts analysis for P & L and Balance Sheet
Interacts with operations to provide department budget to actual spending analysis - Variance analysis
Provide fixed asset accounting and maintaining all records
Monthly/Quarterly/Annual schedule for financial reporting
Continuous process improvement through documentation and implementation

Required
BS in Finance or Accounting
2 + years of experience
The ideal Financial Analyst will have Budgeting/Forecasting experience
Strong working knowledge of Excel
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate ideas/findings effectively
