Assist with mailings including Letters of Intent, Contracts, Change Orders, and Submittals.

Liaise with subcontractors for work bids.

Create and send Closeout Binders, insert Plan Sheets, print Drawings/Plans, and organize Project Files.

Type Directories, create File Labels, Binder Dividers, and UPS Labels.

Manage time effectively to ensure timeliness of operations.
