Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.
Manage cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises servers.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
Develop, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Develop and maintain scripts for system administration, deployment, and monitoring.
Implement and enforce security best practices across all environments.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Set up and manage monitoring and logging systems to detect and respond to incidents.
Analyze system logs and metrics to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support development and operational needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Document processes, configurations, and procedures for internal knowledge sharing.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Strong understanding of networking, security, and database administration.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Preferred
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies
