Responsibilities
Strategize: Develop the multi-year roadmap for leveraging data for business insights.
Framework Development: Establish how operational data and reporting can enhance decision-making.
Prioritization: Ensure the Business Intelligence team's work aligns with multiple stakeholder needs.
Catalyst for Change: Enable analysts, particularly new team members, to quickly consume and analyze data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, Legal, Marketing, and other departments.
Outcome Achievement: Partner with IT Product Owners to achieve desired outcomes.
Data Governance: Collaborate with the Data Privacy officer to set frameworks that balance data usage and compliance requirements.

Required
6 years in roles of progressive responsibility, including several years in managing processes or projects
