Responsibilities

Support development of initial strategy and business cases to prioritize product initiatives

Oversee customer research and competitive analysis to obtain product insights; translate them into actionable recommendations, ultimately aligning product decisions with overarching business goals and objectives

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine the product go-to-market strategy utilizing excellent strong analytical skills

Support the defining of customer value propositions by synthesizing customer needs and pain points with internal capabilities

Assess technical and operational feasibility, support decision-making for setting business requirements for our key stakeholders and development partners

Ensure product performance and management optimizes for customer and business objectives

Foster relationships and serve as a subject matter expert to cross-functional partners across Technology, Customer Experience, Strategy, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, and others

Work with product leaders to drive progress in the face of ambiguity or uncertainty

Be curious, seek out new knowledge, embracing growth and improvement

Consistent exercising of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Required

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

Excellent team-work and interpersonal skills

Strong strategic thinker with analytical skills

Customer-obsession; prior roles with a focus on creating, defining, & advocating for customer value

Quick learner, comfortable with nascent technologies and emerging strategies

Fluent in MS Office including Word, Excel and strong PowerPoint/Keynote experience

Preferred

Possessing a Bachelor's Degree

Extensive related professional experience

Some combination of coursework and experience
