Responsibilities

Develop omnichannel strategies for on-market and new products, including lead generation methods and digital marketing campaigns

Required

Bachelor's degree is required

7+ years of Life Science/Biotech industry, particularly NGS or related genomic marketing experience, is strongly preferred

Must have demonstrated track record of hands-on website content development, conducting webinars, social media channel cultivation, production of marketing/sales support materials

Deep experience in omnichannel marketing and building effective communication strategies is essential

Creative thinker, exceptional storyteller and communicator capable of explaining complex scientific and technical concepts in simple terms

Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce)

Experience with core social media and digital marketing tools and metrics

Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, excellent problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal skills and capable of influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders

Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
