Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management team
Coordinate and maintain calendar with meetings while adapting to constant changes and priorities
Plan domestic and international travel and ensure all required documents are in order
Prepare and reconcile expense reports
Organize company events
Greet visitors
Support shipping/receiving duties
Serve as back up for Office Manager and Facilities Specialist when out of the office
Other duties as needed

Required
3+ years of experience in coordination, administrative, or operations capacity
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn and employ new tools
Demonstrated ability to quickly turn around projects with polish and accuracy
Demonstrated organizational ability to juggle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
Work effectively with minimal direction, take initiative, and follow through
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, board members, customers, investors and candidates
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as dictated by business needs
