Responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of partner data, especially polling locations and early voting locations/hours.
Execute manual QA checks on partner data, including validation through phone calls.
Identify and escalate data issues to internal teams and external partners.
Compile, analyze, and report QA issues and trends to stakeholders.
Triage incoming feedback or error reports to diagnose and resolve issues.

Required
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
1+ years' experience in a professional setting.
Strong research, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Independent worker who can prioritize between competing, time-sensitive tasks and context-switch effectively.
Respectful team player who can collaborate and support others.
Availability to work extended business hours or weekends occasionally.

Preferred
Experience working in the areas of politics or government, especially with electoral and civic data, strongly preferred.
Ability to navigate Maps, Search, and authority/government websites.
