Responsibilities

Provide analytical support and guidance throughout the financial planning process – including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting.

Support monthly Forecasting process by analyzing financial data to provide insights on performance against budget and forecast and collaborating with business owners to develop action plans as needed.

Perform investment decision support and measurement, managing the business case development and guiding business owners through a collaborative, data-driven approval process.

Perform business analysis, providing strategic insights to business owners.

Evaluate sensitive payroll information, ensuring strict confidentiality at all times.

Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency on expenses.

Provide greater transparency and understanding of SG&A expenses by leveraging technology and reporting tools.

Assist supervisor and other team members with ad-hoc analysis, modeling and data gathering projects as needed.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related quantitative field

2+ years of experience in Finance roles with Strategy and/or Financial Analyst experience a plus

Excellent written/oral communication and data presentation skills

Highly analytical and detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Must be an independent thinker with the ability to work under minimal supervision and to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
