Responsibilities
Assist the Operations Officer and Executive Officer with management of the NSW Assessment Command Budget including developing spend plans, overseeing budget execution, monitoring funding requirements, and preparing funding request packages.
Review, process, and submit accurate reports in the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS).
Coordinate travel in the Defense Travel System (DTS) for outreach and assessment events.
Synchronize N-Code support for outreach and assessment activities nationwide.
Perform the reviewer routing official function in the travel system (DTS).

Required
Possess at least two (2) years’ experience working with the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) or similar DoD system.
Possess at least two (2) years’ collective experience working with DoD budget in the areas of Status of Funds, Budget Estimate Submissions, TADTAR funds within the DTS, and have Program Objective Memorandum cycle familiarity.
Possess at least five (5) years’ experience using DTS.
Possess at least five (5) years’ experience in DoD/DON travel processing/policies.
Possess an active SECRET security clearance.
