Responsibilities
Empower and inspire a team of engineers, mentoring their growth and fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
Drive the technical vision of your module, ensuring high code quality, robust testing, and comprehensive documentation
Champion technical excellence through design reviews, test coverage, optimization, and proactive tech debt reduction
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to transform ideas into reality
Be a hands-on contributor, writing code across the stack

Required
7+ years of experience building and deploying production-ready RESTful web services in cloud environments (AWS or GCP)
A 'get things done' attitude fueled by curiosity, passion, and a knack for creative problem-solving
Expertise in a backend language (Java or Python), a frontend language (Angular 2+), and relational databases (MySQL)
Strong system design expertise and a passion for building scalable, maintainable code
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience building healthcare products
Deep familiarity with AWS technologies
Two-way data integrations with third party sources of truth
