Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of partner data, particularly polling locations and early voting details, for timely product launches
Conduct manual QA checks on partner data through online or offline methods, including phone validation
Identify and escalate data issues to internal teams and external partners
Compile, analyze, and report QA problems and trends to stakeholders, tracking progress towards launch goals
Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve issues reported by Client’s users based on incoming feedback or error reports

Required
BA/BS degree or equivalent
1+ years experience in a professional setting
Strong research, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Independent worker who can prioritize between competing, time-sensitive tasks and context-switch effectively
Preferred
Experience working in the areas of politics or government, especially with electoral and civic data
Ability to navigate client, Client Search, and authority/government websites
Respectful team player who can collaborate and support others
