Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects across Medicare and IFP business and functional areas.

Develop presentations and content for Train/Planning forums.

Identify and proactively address issues impacting project team performance.

Effectively prioritize and allocate time across project assignments.

Required

5+ years of experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies

3+ years of experience working with RTC, or equivalent, managing boards and developing reports

Preferred

Scrum Master certification from an accredited organization

2+ years of experience in large projects delivery assignments

Demonstrated ability to identify and proactively address issues impacting project team performance

Proven ability to effectively prioritize and allocate time across project assignments

Healthcare And Medicare Experience Preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Delivery Management or equivalent combination of education and experience
