Responsibilities

Consolidate disparate and large datasets for reporting, analytical, and modeling work.

Mine, model, and analyze large datasets using descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.

Develop insights from historical performance data and identify opportunities using analytical techniques.

Develop and support machine learning and statistical models for predicting credit outcomes and quantifying risks.

Design and deploy model monitoring frameworks to assess model performance.

Advise senior management on emerging trends and risks.

Collaborate with vendors and technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of new strategies and models.

Conduct ad hoc analyses to support team goals.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required

Master’s or PhD degree in an Finance, Business, Actuarial, or Analytics related field.

2 years of experience in data mining, modeling using SAS, SQL, R/Python.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with solid business acumen.

Exceptional written and communication skills, and ability to explain complex insights to a range of audience.

Strong technical skills such as SAS, R/Python, AWS Sagemaker and ability to independently access and analyze data using Snowflakes in AWS Cloud and on prem SQL environment.

Knowledge and experience with AI/ML and credit bureau data.
