Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable and high-quality AI/ML algorithms, models, and systems for Celonis products

Initiate and lead research efforts using machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems

Conduct innovative research on processing mining/deep learning/generative AI

Document research findings and share knowledge with team members

Required

Currently pursuing or has obtained a PhD degree in Computer Science or related fields

Familiarity with state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms, especially deep learning techniques including generative AI

Proficiency in programming with Python and machine learning development tools/libraries

Ability to quickly identify research opportunities, select the appropriate approach for exploration, and drive research step by step with a clear vision and reliability

Self-motivated with a strong drive to excel

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Identify with the Celonis value of customer first, passionate about solving real world customer problems

Passionate about developing scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions

Passionate about building high quality AI/ML solutions with clear and repeatable evaluation mechanisms
