Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of talented product designers.
Own the entire UI/UX design process from user research to prototyping and iteration.
Partner with product managers, marketing, and sales to define product roadmaps and translate business objectives into design solutions.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, manage project timelines and resources, and implement user-centered design principles.
Gather and interpret user feedback, stay updated on design trends, and analyze data to refine designs.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and optimize designs.

Required
10+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating depth in product and user-centered design principles and methodologies (i.e., design thinking, agile development) and user-centric solutions.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of leading successful design teams.
Proficient in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, InVision, etc.).
Excellent project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in addition to planning, prioritization, delegation, and track project progress.
Preferred
Bonus points for experience with project management tools (i.e., Jira, Workfront, etc.).
Solid understanding of frontend development and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering highly polished design solutions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
Passion for design and deep understanding of how good design impacts business outcomes.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Computer Science, or relevant field; additional certification in leadership or project management is a plus.
