Responsibilities

Participate and lead a team of Analysts and/or Designers in an inclusive environment with diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and ideas.

Influence and consult at all levels of the organization to enable our business outcomes.

Develop analyst models and insights for customer- or employee-facing applications to drive efficiency, optimize operations, or drive profit/revenue.

Proactively analyze data sources and propose solutions to strategic planning problems on a one-time or periodic basis.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures.
