Responsibilities

Daily inspection of all aspects of the facility including operating systems to detect malfunction and/or needed repairs.

Complete routine preventive maintenance for various systems including sprinkler system, engine room, diesel generator, message boards, monitors, elevators, air-handling and HVAC systems, and pumps.

Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks such as painting, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, masonry glass repair, roofing, construction, ground maintenance, telephone line installation, electrical wiring, machinery lubrication, electrical systems testing, show set installation and removal, and general repairs to Food & Beverage equipment.

Conduct administrative functions including reading schematic diagrams, maintaining activity logs, initiating purchase requisitions, managing vendor records, adjusting Building Management System, and fostering relationships with contractors and vendors.

Operate equipment like forklifts, aerial lifts, snow removal equipment, power tools, and perform on-call duties for emergencies and inclement weather.

Assist the Operations Crew, respond to promoter requests and event requirements, ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, maintain a safe work environment, follow lockout and tag out procedures, interact with guests courteously, provide exceptional customer service, and comply with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between ASM Global and IATSE Local #12.

Perform physical labor, maintain a clean work environment, and handle other duties as assigned.
