Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain our network infrastructure using Palo Alto Firewalls and CISCO Meraki.

Implement and maintain wireless access points and wireless controllers to ensure seamless connectivity.

Utilize F5 load balancing to manage traffic and ensure efficient data flow across our network.

Troubleshoot network issues, identify bottlenecks, and provide solutions to eliminate them.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure the network supports their goals.

Plan and execute regular system tests and network upgrades to ensure the highest level of performance and security.

Document all network design, configuration, and troubleshooting activities for future reference.

Provide training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.
