Responsibilities
Product Strategy - defining and advancing the strategy for bringing new products to market
Leading and Growing the Product Management Team - recruiting, mentoring, and developing our team of Product professionals
Product Roadmap and Prioritization - developing and communicating a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs
Product Champion - owning communication strategies for our Arkestro team (including the Executive team), our customers and our partners to ensure we create the right level of visibility and awareness
Customer Insights - capitalizing on insights from our customers, prospects, and the procurement marketplace. Building a data-driven Product organization. Working with the sales and customer-facing teams on significant customer opportunities

Required
Must have startup experience as the role absolutely requires a dynamic, passionate leader, manager, and team builder
Experience in the domains of procurement, supply chain, or enterprise FinTech
Experience building deep customer relationships at the Executive level
6+ years of management experience in building and scaling product management teams
8+ years of experience as a practitioner of product management at a B2B company
Demonstrated track record managing and scaling teams with an established ability to hire and coach people at multiple levels
The ability to collaborate with stakeholders and synthesize many inputs into a crisp roadmap
