Responsibilities
Deploying new solutions and configurations to meet business and compliance requirements.
Designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting a global TCP/IP network running QOS.
Reviewing and analyzing network traffic flows and device logs and taking appropriate action where applicable.
Creating and maintaining network diagrams.
Documenting and implementing following networking best practices methodology.
Researching and recommending changes and improvements to security and infrastructure.

Required
Strong time-management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think critically, analytically, and strategically.
5+ years’ experience in switching, routing and wireless network hardware and related systems.
5+ years’ experience supporting and troubleshooting network connectivity and performance including utilizing advanced network tools, packet analyzers, syslog and firewall log analysis.
3+ years’ experience deploying, upgrading, and supporting firewalls and firewall security policies.
3+ years’ experience in remote access technologies including both concentrator and client access design, management and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of scripting and automation (Python, Terraform, and Ansible for example).
Experience with RADIUS, TACACS+, and NAC including 802.1X, MAC and certificate authentication.
Strong knowledge in routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
Hands on experience configuring QOS on LAN/WANs.
Preferred
Experience design, deploying and supporting a zero-trust architecture is preferred.
Experience in datacenter switching including spine and leaf architectures is preferred.
Working knowledge of Wi-Fi implementations and design.
Bachelor’s degree, military or technical school equivalent.
CCNA/CCNP certification or vendor-equivalent (Palo Alto, Aruba Networks, Cisco, etc.) is preferred.
