Responsibilities

Be the primary representative for the team and product by understanding the mission and how the product supports current and future needs

Engage with the customer and third party vendors to define requirements and coordinate efforts within and across teams

Engage with and brief customers and stakeholders on upcoming priorities, accomplishments, and overall program status

Conduct TEMs to discuss key delivery issues and questions between Government Program Office officials and the technical team

Work with the technical lead to scope work and ensure requirements are met and deliveries executed on time

Prioritize the backlog based on feedback from users and product owner

Work with the test team to ensure new developments in the product meet the requirements defined by the customer

Required

Must hold TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.

4+ years of experience running or managing agile programs with an understanding of agile principles and how they can be customized to fit our program's work

Experience with tools used in agile development including JIRA and Confluence

Ability to create briefings and present to Senior Government officials

Great organization skills at the individual and program levels (scheduling, resource management, etc..)

Understanding of Intelligence Community customers and their priorities

Possessing relevant certification(s) related to running agile programs (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner)
