Responsibilities
Manages Agile process.
Educates/coaches scrum team members on SAFe best practices.
Gathers requirements, develops storyboards, and creates mockups and models.
Collaborates with service teams, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver optimal applications and systems.
Helps resolve impediments to the team’s progress.
Assists teams to constantly improve their deliverables and team dynamics.
Promotes cooperation across scrum teams.
Coordinates with other scrum masters at the scrum-of-scrums meetings.
Leads sprint reviews, demonstrations, and sprint retrospectives.
Creates sprint summary reports and development sprint plans.

Required
Certified Scrum Master. Agile
Appropriately certified for their designated role in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M, DFARS 252.239-7001, AR 25-2, or any successor policies or regulations; Possesses a DoD 8570.01 approved baseline certification or higher.
Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 5+ years of experience
Secret Clearance Level
US Citizenship Required
