Responsibilities

Problem-Solving Mastery: Tackle complex design challenges by translating abstract payroll-related decisions and actions into user-friendly solutions, delivering a superior, best-in-class user experience.

Expert Design Execution: Create detailed mockups and immersive prototypes, leveraging tools such as Figma and Sketch to demonstrate interactions, transitions, and workflows.

Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize insights from research and analytics to inform and justify design choices.

Collaborative Leadership: Guide and mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with DailyPay's brand and user experience.

Strategic Influence: Work closely with Product Managers to shape product roadmaps and contribute significantly to project outcomes and business metrics.

Culture Contribution: Play a key role in cultivating the team and company culture, bringing a positive influence and commitment to the innovative environment.

Required
