Responsibilities

Support monthly financial close activities to ensure timely and accurate closure of books.

Analyze trends, variances, risks, and opportunities, and summarize results for finance directors.

Assist in developing monthly forecast, annual and 3-year financial plan.

Coordinate collection of business inputs for forecasts and plans.

Develop management reporting for senior audiences.

Support business case development and detailed reporting on project status and returns.

Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects, articulate outcomes to leadership teams.

Establish and maintain consistent financial operating policies and procedures.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.

Minimum of 1-2 years in Financial Planning and Analysis supporting business or technology areas.

Highly analytical and detail oriented.

Ability to synthesize data and offer unique perspective; think critically and effectively challenges others’ assumptions.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format.

Able to interact comfortably with the executive management team.

Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment and complete projects with minimal supervision.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Demonstrated financial modeling and analysis skills.

Working knowledge of US GAAP accounting.
