Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement plastic manufacturing processes using thermoforming, injection molding, extrusion, and other related technologies.
Evaluate existing and new equipment, tooling, and materials for process optimization and cost-efficiency.
Develop process capability studies, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and implement corrective action plans to improve process performance.
Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure process capability and compliance to customer specifications.
Work with CAD designers to design parts, tools, and fixtures.
Research, evaluate, and recommend new manufacturing processes and equipment.
Train, supervise, and provide technical guidance to personnel.
Develop and maintain process documentation.
Work with other departments to ensure plans are aligned with customer requirements and internal procedures.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in plastic manufacturing processes, such as thermoforming, injection molding, and extrusion.
Knowledge of SPC, Cpk, and other related process optimization techniques.
Working knowledge of CAD and electrical and mechanical engineering.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
